Superfeet Run Support Medium Arch insoles are 20% thinner than Superfeet RUN Comfort insoles for a slim, versatile fit and feel in your shoes while also increasing comfort and efficiency during your run.
The insoles have a deep heel cup that, combined with a gel pod, positions and cradles your heel to optimize natural shock absorption, disperse impact and minimize foot fatigue.
A responsive EVOLyte® carbon fiber cap and two layers of AeroSpring Rebound foam combine to deliver exceptional comfort and smooth energy transfer through your gait from foot strike to toe-off. There is also a Moisturewick™ layer on top to help with odor control.
The Superfeet Run Support Medium Arch is made for people with medium to low arches with its signature Superfeet arch shape that reduces stress on feet, ankles, knees and back by stabilizing the foot while running. These insoles are made to fit into moderate to tight-fitting running and walking shoes, even some without removable sock liners. You will still need to make sure to trim the insoles for them to fit perfectly, however.

Who It’s Best For?
While anyone can wear Superfeet Run Comfort Thin insoles, they often work best for walkers and runners with low-medium arches or in shoes that are tighter fitting. Compared to other color insoles from Superfeet, the Run Comfort Thin insole gives orthotic support using a lower, firm arch shape to stabilize the foot and combines it with their gel pod to reduce stress on your feet, ankles, knees and back.

How Long Do They Last?
Superfeet insoles generally last up to 12 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first. If you are unsure of when you last bought a pair, there are a few signs that can tell you it’s time to buy a new pair of insoles for your running shoes. First, check for any white marks from bending on the plastic heel cup, similar to how a credit card looks when damaged. Then, check to see if the medial arch support shape is rubbed away or worn down. Lastly, if the shape of your foot is clearly imprinted over the entire insole or has worn through the fabric, it is likely time for some replacements.
Fit
You’ll need to trim your insoles to fit them in your shoes. Take the stock insole out of your shoe, and place it on top of your Superfeet insole, making sure to line up the insoles at the heel. Use a pen or marker to trace the shape of the stock insole onto the Superfeet product, and then use sharp scissors to trim off the excess around the toe.
